Withdrawals from pk8888 must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pk8888 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.

All bets are final once confirmed. pk8888 does not allow cancellation of bets after they have been accepted by the system except in cases where a technical error has clearly affected the bet outcome. In sports betting, bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the governing body.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pk8888 support. Any real money balance at the time of closure request will be refunded to the verified payment method on the account, provided KYC requirements have been met. Active bonus balances at the time of closure are forfeited.
